When you communicate with a customer, you are the face of the whole company. You will encounter a wide array of situations when dealing with customers. Some customers are frantic, emotional or angry. It is your job to maintain a professional attitude at all times and to leave the customer with a positive feeling. Effective, accurate communications are vital to the performance of these duties.
Throughout three modules covering Communications, Customer Service Skills, and Difficult Customers, this course provides the foundation for proper communication methods used when dealing with customers. You will learn the proper approach to servicing customers including how to make them feel positive about their experience with the organization and defusing difficult situations and angry customers.
